Northfields Estate Agents was established in Ealing in 1986 and has grown under the leadership of Richard Palfreeman whilst still maintaining the family business ethos. It all began with one office on Northfield Avenue, to the four branch network of today. Northfields has a host of experience to offer each and every one of our clients. The customer is the most important part of our work life and we hope that our service makes the moving process as easy and stress-free as possible.
Our Award-Winning Estate Agents Service
Being a family run business in London means that we go the extra mile to stand out among other estate agents and we think winning over 33 national awards is pretty special. It’s far and beyond the average amount for an agency and definitely means that we offer some of the finest service in the UK. Our most recent win was a silver award for our website at last year’s Sunday Times awards. This highlighted our fantastic customer engagement and community connections online.
Professional and Friendly Staff
Going the extra mile also means providing an efficient yet friendly service. Our fantastic team of talented and enthusiastic staff allows us to do just that. We take pride in training and developing our staff. This ensure that they provide a fabulous service throughout the (usually stressful!) buying, selling or renting experience. Our aim is to help you to thoroughly enjoy the experience. We will take all the difficult parts away so that you don’t have to worry.
Of course, we know that sometimes it’s impossible for the journey to run completely smoothly. But we are here to get everything back on track as quickly as possible to minimise any down-time. Additionally, at Northfields estate agents we’re always conscious that viewing properties and discussing your needs is often not possible during working hours. Because of this, we strive to be available as much as possible. If not face-to-face then over the phone, and if not over the phone then on the Livechat function on our website.
But don’t just take our word for it, hear what our clients have to say: http://www.northfields.co.uk/testimonials/
Recognising and Rewarding Talent
At Northfields we’re always receptive to when our staff go over and above the call of duty. For instance, if a member of the team gets excellent feedback from a client or is noticeably going the extra mile to help, they could be on the receiving end of a trip to Barcelona, Berlin or brunch at the Ritz compliments of the Chief Executive. Rewarding the team for doing the extra bit for clients is mutually beneficial. It ensures everyone is working towards some tangible goals and means our clients get the best out of our team. A little friendly competition never hurt anyone!
At Northfields, hard work and great results are also rewarded with a very competitive salary package. With both team and individual commissions as well as incentives for exceptional customer service, and referral business.
If you’re a friendly and confident person, why not see what job opportunities are available to you? Visit one of our branches or our careers page on our website: http://www.northfields.co.uk/who-why/careers/
Keeping It Local
We have a passion for the areas we are based in and take pride in being local experts.
Ealing is suitably known as the queen of the suburbs. It is the birthplace of the famous Ealing Blues Club and Ealing Studios, and a thriving base for filmmakers and musicians. The annual summer festivals draw large crowds and top performers. Ealing is also home to beautiful parks and open spaces and thriving independent shops. Residents of Ealing are spoilt for choice with a wide range of restaurants and pubs. Well connected by many tube stations including those on the central, district and Piccadilly lines, Ealing boasts excellent transport links and is an area that will greatly benefit from Crossrail later this year.
Shepherd’s Bush is an area of west London in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Although it is primarily residential in character, its focus is the shopping area of Shepherd’s Bush Green, with the Westfield shopping centre lying a short distance to the north. The main thoroughfares are Uxbridge Road, Goldhawk Road and Askew Road, all containing a large number of small and mostly independent shops, pubs and restaurants. The Loftus Road football stadium in Shepherd’s Bush is home to Queens Park Rangers F.C. The district is bounded by Hammersmith to the south, Holland Park and Notting Hill to the east, Harlesden to the north and by Acton and Chiswick to the west.
Our Community Spirit – An Estate Agency that Cares
Being a family run business in London also provides us with great scope to work within the local community.
Our sales and lettings executives have great local knowledge and are always involved with the local community. They often give talks at local schools and participate in charity events. Northfields also proudly supports The Log Cabin on Northfields Avenue. The log cabin was founded in 1977 by the Mayor of Ealing. The Log Cabin provides a community-based, purpose-built adventure playground for children and young people with additional needs or disabilities. Our chief executive Richard Palfreeman, is a trustee for the log cabin. And with the help of Northfields Estate Agents, hosts various events and other fundraising opportunities to support this wonderful charity.
